• Customization
  We recognize that each client possesses a different company culture, approach to patients, and vision for the future. Therefore, we begin by developing a complete understanding of clients’ values, as well as the requirements critical to the open job. Rather than following a standard placement formula, we work with our clients to create custom solutions that suit their unique needs.
• Screening
  Our candidates must meet the skill levels necessary to perform at the exceptional levels our clients demand. Once these capacities are gauged, however, we go one step further. Our interviews include extensive discussions of candidates’ backgrounds, interests, and aspirations.
  
  We learn their preferences regarding work environments and project strategies. We identify candidates who are prepared to overcome challenges, maintain strict safety and ethical standards, and perform duties with unwavering professionalism. Instead of matching resumes with job descriptions, we match real people with real jobs.
• Reference and Background Checks
  We complete exhaustive investigations of our candidates’ past performance, contacting previous employers and references, checking criminal records, and verifying licenses and degrees whether obtained inside or outside the U.S. All clinical candidates are examined against the National Practitioner Data Bank.

Our Guarantee

We hold ourselves to the same level of integrity we demand of our candidates. At the outset of each partnership, we fully explain all fees; our clients will never be surprised by concealed costs.

In addition, we offer a 90-day guarantee on all permanent placements. Our commitment to distinction is steadfast. So confident are we in our ability to place the right people in the right positions, we will not charge clients who feel our candidates did not meet expectations.
